With over 40 years of combined experience in export promotion and federal grant program participation, we have a consistent record of strong grant allocations and accolades from FAS based on creative and innovative export promotion programs and excellent program management, including consistently praised compliance practices and procedures.


Jeff Correa
Principal & CEO
Jeff Correa served as the International Marketing Director for Pear Bureau Northwest from 2000-2025, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the global reach of Northwest-grown pears. With over 27 years of experience in international trade and marketing, Jeff has cultivated strategic partnerships across diverse markets, enhancing the reputation of USA Pears for their quality and flavor. Jeff oversaw the Bureau’s promotional campaigns in over 30 countries, leveraging his deep understanding of market dynamics to tailor strategies for each region. His leadership has resulted in increased exports and greater consumer demand worldwide. Jeff is passionate about sustainability, fostering collaboration between growers, distributors, and retailers to meet evolving global standards and preferences. Jeff served as the Manager of the Fresh Pear Committee Federal Marketing Order during the 2024-25 season, Chairman of the World Apple and Pear Association (WAPA) since 2024 following his role as Vice-Chairman from 2021-2024. Jeff served on the US Agricultural Export Development Council (USAEDC) Executive Committee for six years before moving into the Secretary / Treasurer Officer role in November 2024. A frequent speaker at industry events, Jeff shares insights on agricultural trade, market trends, and innovative marketing activities. He holds a BA degree in Political Economics from UC Berkely and a MA degree from Middlebury Institute of International Studies in International Trade Policy. Jeff is fluent in Spanish, further enabling his success in global market engagement. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling, culinary adventures, volleyball, golf, photography and exploring the rich agricultural landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.


​Lynsey Wallace
Principal & COO
Lynsey Wallace served as the International Marketing Manager for Pear Bureau Northwest for 13 years following a 4-year stint as the organization’s International Program Coordinator. In this role, she managed export promotional activities, international marketing representatives, and federal and state grant program participation for pears grown in Washington and Oregon. Throughout her time at the Bureau, the organization successfully participated in the US Department of Agriculture/Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) grant programs including the Market Access Program (MAP), Agricultural Trade Promotion Program (ATP), Regional Agricultural Promotion Program (RAPP), Emerging Markets Program (EMP), Technical Assistance for Specialty Crops (TASC), and Quality Samples Program (QSP). In addition to these federal programs, she also managed Specialty Crop Block Grant Programs (SCBGP) from both Oregon and Washington State. Lynsey collaborates closely with industry stakeholders, including growers, shippers, and international trade partners in a variety of activities that make up the export promotion program. Her expertise in cross-cultural communication, project management, and grant program administration and compliance contributed to the Bureau’s strong grant allocations during her tenure and successful management of the programs that build trade and consumer demand for USA Pears in export markets worldwide. Lynsey was recognized by Produce Business Magazine as one of the produce industry’s 40 Under 40 in 2015. Before joining Pear Bureau Northwest, Lynsey completed her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and MBA at Oregon State University, where she worked closely with international teams. She began her career as a brand strategist and project coordinator with a focus on industry associations and nonprofits before moving into the agricultural sector. In her free time, Lynsey and her husband are raising two young sons and enjoy spending time with family, long weekends exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling to new destinations, and trying new cuisines.
